Tulane Shuttles & Transportation ID Policy

A student, faculty, or staff Tulane Splash Card is required to use any of the Tulane Shuttles & Transportation services. Each patron must present his or her own ID card upon boarding the vehicle.

A Loyola Express Card is required to use the fixed Tulane shuttle lines including Tulane TapRide. Each patron must present his or her own ID card upon boarding the vehicle. 

 

Eligible ID Cards:

The following cards allow the holder to ride any fixed shuttle line or Gold Zone vehicle:

  • Student Splash Card (undergraduate & graduate)
  • Faculty Splash Card
  • Staff Splash Card
  • International Dependent Splash Card
  • Loyola Express Card

 

Tulane Shuttle Affiliate Ridership Program:

Through the Tulane Shuttle Affiliate Ridership Program, affiliates of Tulane University are allowed to ride the fixed shuttle lines operated by Tulane Shuttles & Transportation. This is limited to the Green Line, Blue Line, Red Line, Uptown Pappi, and Downtown Pappi Line/Medical District Loop. Participation in this program must be renewed on June 30. Affiliate riders are not allowed to ride in Tulane TapRide vehicles.

The  affiliate Splash Cards (ONLY with bus sticker affixed) allow the holder to ride on Tulane Shuttles & Transportation fixed shuttle lines. 

 

Guest Policy

Four guests per Tulane Splash Card (student, faculty, & staff only) or Loyola Express Card are allowed to use the Tulane Shuttles & Transportation services.
