RIDES Website is Down, Please Schedule/Confirm RIDES Manually

RIDES, our transportation scheduling website at rides.tulane.edu, is currently experiencing technical difficulties. We are working to fix the issue.

To confirm existing ride requests: 
Email shuttles@tulane.edu or call 504‑314‑7433 to confirm your reservation.

To schedule new ride requests: 
Send requests via email (include name/Tulane Splash Card ID #, trip date/time, pickup, destination, passengers, trip type) or call 504‑314‑7433.

Standard notice periods still apply. We will send an update when the website is fully functional.

Malkin Sacks Commons Shuttle Stop is Now Available for Fixed Lines


The Malkin Sacks Commons shuttle stop has been added back to the fixed lines schedules. The temporary shuttle stop in front of the Woldenberg Art Center on Newcomb Place is no longer a designated temporary shuttle stop.


On-Demand Services

Passio Go Single Sign On Now Live

Passio Go on demand serves the Tulane community around our campuses and surrounding areas. The Passio Go transit app provides Tulane University students, staff, and faculty the convenience of requesting ride-share style transportation within specified regions and time frames via their single sign on (SSO) Tulane credentials.

Some Tulane locations are restricted to users working at that location. Tulane affiliates do not have access to Passio Go on-demand services.

The times Passio Go on-demand transit is available depend on whether a ride is needed during academic semesters or summer/winter breaks.
