If you do not see the schedule you need, that is because the schedule is not yet established. It is recommended to check back on this page closer to the dates of the semester break for airport shuttle details.
Tulane Shuttles and Transportation only provides shuttles during Thanksgiving, winter, and summer breaks.
Tulane shuttles are only available for going to the airport from Tulane's uptown campus. There are no shuttle services for returning to the campus.
We have provided airport transportation during eligible breaks to approximately 2,500 students since Thanksgiving 2018 when the program started.
Airport Shuttle Schedules for Semester Breaks
Tulane Shuttles and Transportation has partnered with Tulane Student Affairs to provide airport shuttles to students. Please book shuttle to arrive several hours before flight departure.
Registration in WaveSync is required. The deadline for registration is 24 hours before shuttle departure. Please check WaveSync closer during the shuttle schedule dates and sign up there.
Shuttle pickup is at Diboll Parking Garage on Janet Yulman Way. Travel time between Diboll Parking Garage and the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 60 to 90 minutes. Please plan accordingly.
All riders must show their Splash Card in order to board. No food or drink is allowed on the shuttle.
Capacity is 30 students per shuttle. Please sign up on WaveSync.
